However, as I've started to use Hijack for more complex setups, its shortcomings have become glaringly obvious. It's super flexible and can handle as many different interfaces and software routes as I throw its way. For the most part it works really well and I get a lot of use out of it. I use it a lot when I'm doing small to medium-small DJ or "AudioVisual Art" type events where I can't be arsed to bring hardware PA management gear or don't have the time or space to set up a rack.
